What the certificate says

L&T issued a completion certificate on 12 March 2026 confirming that Ranisons “has completed the works assigned through below mentioned work orders in our project in all respects”, and that the works “were executed as per specifications, requirements and quality of work found to be Good”. It is signed by Tej Bahadur Singh, Project Manager for the flyover project, and is published in full on our credentials page.

The two figures, and which one we publish

The certificate records both a gross work order value of ₹9,03,17,318 and a gross work done value of ₹7,14,08,991. We publish the lower figure — the work actually executed and certified — because that is what we did. Quoting the order value would overstate it by nearly ₹1.9 crore.

The account is closed: against a basic bill of ₹6,05,16,094 plus GST, the net payable of ₹6,70,32,995 was settled in full, with nil balance outstanding.

Why it matters

This is the largest single contract on this site, and it was won as a subcontractor to one of India’s largest construction firms — which means our documentation, safety compliance and billing had to satisfy L&T’s own systems, not just a utility’s. For a buyer running a pre-qualification, that is a different order of scrutiny from a self-certified claim.
