Cover, not headcount

What an annual manpower contract actually covers

  1. The network

The stations covered by the contract, mapped as a radial distribution network with its feeders.

  2. Deployment

ITI-trained operators, linemen and khalashi posted station by station, with statutory compliance carried by us.

  3. The shift

Switching, load transfer and routine O&M carried out under the utility’s instruction.

  4. Round the clock

Handover between shifts, so cover is continuous rather than a headcount on a page.
