Supply of technical and non-technical resources for the operation of 220/132/33 kV grid substations under the Transmission Circle, Ranchi, awarded by Jharkhand Urja Sancharan Nigam Limited.
The deployment covered 29 ITI-trained personnel and 32 unskilled shift guards across the Ranchi and Gumla transmission divisions, staffing extra-high-voltage substations on continuous shift.
Grid substation operation is the most demanding staffing work we undertake. The personnel are working on live EHV apparatus, and the contract carried EPF, ESI and group personal accident cover for every individual deployed.
